Symbioun’s mission is to motivate our community by empowering small-scale enterprises with capital. Since small businesses provide a community of character and uniqueness. It’s neighbors who support neighbors, friends who support friends. Small businesses are more than that, though. In many concrete, quantifiable ways, they support their local communities. That’s also what Symbiouns means.
In this journey, we find that eatery shops play a significant role in the community structure. Fresh food is served by restaurants owned locally. These places deliver a distinct character to their families, seeking to highlight the chef and owner’s unique appreciation for the environment.
A woman-headed family from Batticaloa-Eastern Province has so far been selected for the project by August 2020 as the next move. And Rs 35000 LKR was made as an initial investment. By the end of August, the family purchased all the suppliers needed and opened its own eatery store in its town. Symbioun is very proud to engage in the growth of a community and will always support its journey to Srilanka to create structured communities
